1- The invoice is subject to change within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
2- If you wish to exchange or return the value of the abaya or sheila, this will be done within 24 hours from the date of purchase, provided that it is in its original condition, unused, unscented, and the ironing machine has not been used, It has not been washed, It is not modified by any kind of modification in measurements, lengths or any type of additions (as the case of purchase), and Attached is the original price tag.
3- Sold abayas, which were customized according to the customer’s desire and upon request in terms of (Model, dimensions and all specifications) and it can be replaced if there is a manufacturer’s component that converts its use.
4- The original invoice must be presented exclusively upon receipt, exchange, or return.
5- The purchase amount will be returned in cash after 72 hours, and in the case of payment by bank cards (credit) Refunds are made for the same cards (credit) which used in the primary purchase.
6- In case that the order is not received within 120 days, the order is considered canceled, and the customer has no right to demanc the deposit.
